Made with a blend of dark and gold rums, this Caribbean cocktail is known for its tropical aromas, richness and fruity sweetness. Here’s how to make it at home.
60ml Captain Morgan dark rum 60ml Captain Morgan spiced gold rum 120ml pineapple juice 120ml orange juice 30ml grenadine syrup Dash of Angostura bitters Ice cubes Pineapple slices and orange slices for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the dark rum, gold rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine syrup.
Add a dash of Angostura bitters to the mix. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly chill the mixture.
Fill highball or Collins glasses with fresh ice cubes. Strain the swizzle mixture evenly into the glasses.
Garnish each glass with a pineapple slice and an orange slice. Optionally, add a swizzle stick to the glass for presentation.
