  • The Singleton 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 45 ml

  • Fresh lemon juice - 145 ml

  • Apple cider - 30 ml

  • Cinnamon syrup - 10 ml

  • Pumpkin butter - 1 bar spoon

  • Apple slice - 3-4

  • Ice

Method

Pour The Singleton 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, apple cider, cinnamon syrup and one bar spoon of pumpkin butter into a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake until the ingredients are well combined.

Strain the contents into a highball and garnish with apple slices.
