Pour The Singleton 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, apple cider, cinnamon syrup and one bar spoon of pumpkin butter into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until the ingredients are well combined.
Strain the contents into a highball and garnish with apple slices.
