A classic cocktail that is replete with the smooth richness of scotch whisky, the sidecar is a cocktail that celebrates varying levels of sour and bitter notes. The buildable cocktail that is also visually appealing, uses a variety of citrus elements in various forms - thus complementing the oak-like notes of the blended scotch whisky.

Method
Pour all the ingredients in sequence, into a highball glass filled with ice.
Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine well.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
