The Dill Or No Dill is a highly inventive drink with a wonderful sweet and sour balance that uses Tanqueray 10's fresh fruit and botanicals as a basis.
Fill an ice-filled cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
50ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, measured with a peg measure, into the shaker
In a shaker, combine 25ml lemon juice, 17.5ml elderflower syrup, and 20ml cucumber water. Add a dill sprig and a pinch of smoked salt to taste.
Shake the cocktail shaker aggressively until the surface feels cool.
Strain into a martini or highball glass using a cocktail strainer.
To garnish, place a sprig of dill on the edge of the glass.
