  • Tanqueray No. Ten Gin - 50ml

  • Lemon Juice - 25ml

  • Elderflower Syrup - 17.5ml

  • Cucumber Water - 20ml 
  • 28658-ingredients-3
  • Sprig of Dill - 2 pieces

  • Smoked Salt - a pinch

  • Ice

Fill an ice-filled cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. 

50ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, measured with a peg measure, into the shaker 

In a shaker, combine 25ml lemon juice, 17.5ml elderflower syrup, and 20ml cucumber water. Add a dill sprig and a pinch of smoked salt to taste. 

Shake the cocktail shaker aggressively until the surface feels cool. 

Strain into a martini or highball glass using a cocktail strainer. 

To garnish, place a sprig of dill on the edge of the glass.
