Grapefruit and rosemary are an absolutely delicious combination, especially with this herbaceous garnish. Bartender Christie Knight knows the importance of drink garnish. You smell the aroma of your drink before it hits your lips, which strongly affects how you taste it. Christie made this with Tanqueray 0.0% but you can just as easily swap for Tanqueray London Dry, or Tanqueray 10.
Pour 50ml of Tanqueray No.10 gin, 30ml of pink grapefruit juice, and 20ml of honey syrup into a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake the ingredients until they are well combined
Strain the contents into a chilled coupette
Garnish it with a grapefruit zest
