Method

    Step 1

    Fill a chilled highball or Copa glass with plenty of fresh ice cubes and pour the gin directly onto the ice.

    Top up the gin carefully with chilled tonic water.

    Give the drink one or two stirs with a bar spoon and twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils before dropping it in as garnish.
