Ingredients

  • Tanqueray No TEN Gin - 60ml

  • Pink Grapefruit Juice - 60ml

  • Sugar Syrup - 15ml

  • Soda - 30ml

  • Pink Grapefruit Wedge  - 1
  • ingredients-4

Method

Grab a wine glass or a Copa glass and fill it with ice.

Next, using a measuring cup or a cocktail jigger, measure and pour 60ml of Tanqueray No TEN Gin, 15ml of sugar syrup and 60ml of grapefruit juice into the glass over the ice.

Pour soda water into the glass all the way to the top.

Using a bar spoon, gently and briefly stir the ingredients to combine.

Garnish the drink with a pink grapefruit wedge.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
