Ingredients

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky – 50 ml

  • Cream Soda – 70 ml

  • 10 ml brown syrup (equal parts of brown sugar and water, heated until dissolved)

  • Brown sugar – 2 tbsp

  • Lime – 1

  • Ice cubes

Method

In a cocktail mixer, add 50 ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky, cream soda, brown syrup and a few ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon to combine.

Create a rim garnish using brown sugar on a glass.

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then strain the mixture over the ice in the glass.

Garnish with a lime and serve!
