Tips & Suggestions

Serving

Serving Tip 1

Before placing the orange wheel, gently flame it with a kitchen torch or lighter (briefly and away from the drink) to caramelise the sugars, releasing more fragrant oils and creating a dramatic impact.

Serving

Serving Tip 2

After straining, finely grate a little amount of high-quality dark chocolate straight onto the drink’s surface, as the delicate scent heightens the crème de cacao's presence.
