Method

Prepare a martini glass by chilling it.

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Ice is an essential part of cocktail mixing. It helps in diluting the drink and also enhancing the overall flavour profile.

Next, measure the ingredients using a cocktail jigger. It’s important to add the right quantity of ingredients if you want a well-balanced cocktail. 

Measure and pour 25ml of Ketel One Vodka and 10ml of pure cane syrup into the shaker.

Next, add 35ml of freshly squeezed orange juice and 15ml of fresh blood orange puree.

Finally, pour 15ml of white creme de cacao into the shaker. 

Close the lid and shake the ingredients vigorously. Shake until the surface of the shaker feels chilled and the ingredients are well blended. 

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with an orange wheel and serve!
