  • Captain Morgan Rum – 50 ml

  • Brown sugar syrup – 20 ml

  • Vanilla essence – 1 dash

  • Allspice mix – 1 tbsp

  • Hot water – 150 ml

  • Ice cream – 1 scoop (optional)

Method

Muddle up a few berries with a bit of allspice mix at the bottom of a glass with the help of a muddler.

Pour in 50 ml of Captain Morgan Rum along with brown sugar syrup, butter, a few dashes of vanilla essence and hot water and stir with the help of a bar spoon until all ingredients are combined and the butter has melted.

Garnish with an ice cream scoop (optional).

Method
